The American Council of the Blind of Maine (ACB Maine) is excited to offer a scholarship application for blind and visually impaired students..
A scholarship will be awarded to one or more individuals with a combined total not to exceed $1,500.00. Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the ACB Maine scholarship:
1. The applicant must be blind or visually impaired.
2. The applicant must be a resident of the state of Maine.
3. The applicant must currently be enrolled in any post-secondary education program.
4. Scholarship applicants must download and complete the ACB Maine Scholarship Applicaton and email the completed application to the ACB Maine Board of Directors by October 1.

Recipients of the scholarship will be announced during the annual convention in November. The ACB Maine scholarship committee looks forward to reviewing all applications submitted on or before October 1s.
